Polished Rod Lubricators
A polished rod lubricator is a grease-fitting device mounted on the stuffing box that continuously applies lubricant to the polished rod surface as it reciprocates. Lubrication reduces friction between the polished rod and stuffing box packing — extending packing life, reducing power consumption, and protecting the polished rod surface finish.
Available in standard and heavy-duty configurations for different polished rod sizes and wellhead pressures.
Flow Tees & Pumping Tees
Flow tees and pumping tees connect the wellhead tubing outlet to the surface flowline. They provide the transition from the wellhead flange or thread to the flowline connection, incorporating the production outlet and often a gauge connection.

Rod Rotators & Anti-Spin Bars
A rod rotator slowly rotates the polished rod during operation, distributing wear from the stuffing box packing around the full circumference of the rod rather than on a single contact line. This extends polished rod life — particularly in abrasive or corrosive service — and extends packing life by ensuring even wear.
An anti-spin bar prevents the polished rod from rotating in the wrong direction (backspin) when the pumping unit stops. Backspin under a loaded rod string can cause connection failures. Anti-spin bars are a standard safety fitting on rod lift wellheads.
Slip Joints
Slip joints (also called polish rod clamps with slip arrangements) allow for vertical adjustment of the polished rod position at the wellhead, accommodating changes in tubing stretch, pump depth adjustment, and stuffing box alignment without pulling the rod string.
Casing Supports
Casing supports provide structural support for the casing string at the wellhead, preventing lateral movement of the casing head and wellhead assembly under the dynamic loads imposed by the pumping unit. Standard fitting on rod lift wellheads in high-stroke or high-load applications.
